Grace is sick and ended up at the doctor's office Monday. Luckily (?) it's just a virus, so we just have to let it run its course. She doesn't have a fever, but a very drippy nose that is irritating her throat and causing her to cough, cough, cough all night long. We're trying out new Children's Mucinex (1/2 dose).
This is our sad, sick girl watching Sesame Street. Gotta love having multiple PBS channels - it's practically on all day.
So just a few things about Grace the past month:
- We are PT-free. We took Grace to visit her Pedi last week and she was very impressed with Grace's progress. She sits herself up, rolls over, pulls up, crawls, and is cruising around now. And now we're running around and chasing her everywhere. Why did we do this to ourselves?! :)
- And now, she sleeps on her belly sometimes. She does this at school, but never did at home. But all this movement, causes for a very busy girl while sleeping. Lots of banging our head on the side of our crib, and sleeping in a tiny little ball in the corner.
- 8 teeth now, and we think those pesky molars are coming in.
- Words, words and more words. Trying to get a video of all her words, but just in case, words Grace says and sometimes uses in the right context: Apple, Abby, Elmo, Mama, Dada, Happy, Ball, Ryan, E-I-E-I-O (does that count?), Aaachooo (as in sneezing - new on Monday), Choo Choo (for train - new on Tuesday), Cheese (new on Saturday), Dog, Baby, Bubble, Purple, Boo (seems to have multiple meanings and is her "go to" word when all else fails), Bumble (bee), Shoes (ooooes), Uh Oh, Up, Down, Hi, and Bye Bye. The pronunciation is off on some, but she consistently uses these words.

That is so cute!! I am working on her blanket... it will be ready for her some time this weekend or next week! :)
