Swimming

We took Grace to our pool yesterday morning, and got a STERN talking to for breaking pool rules by bribing the lifeguard to let us in 30 min early. Whatever. We walked all the way up there, lubed the babe up in sunscreen.... we were not about to walk all the way home without a dip in the pool. Plus, we only planned to stay 30 min anyway because it was really too hot for her outside and she needed to eat, etc. We think the pool lady needs to get a job or a hobby or both.

No actual pics of swimming.... just a mismatched hat and bathing suit combo. But I could still eat up her cuteness.

Grace didn't really know what to think about "swimming". It was just like bath time, but Mommy and Daddy were in the tub with her, and clothed. We plan to make it a weekend ritual, so hopefully by the end of the summer she will have a better appreciation for it!
