Blizzard 2011

If you haven't already heard, we had a 'major' snow storm come through Sunday night. We probably got about 3 inches, but the city is shut down, almost completely.

Here's the view looking up and down our street. Note all the foot prints. It has been a steady stream of kids sledding down the hills all day.


Also note the absence of car tracks. We haven't seen barely anyone trying to drive.

We waited until after nap to go out and play. The snow wasn't ideal for snow man making, so we had to improvise and use a bucket to help shape it, hence the shape of it's head.

Please note we wrapped her feet in Kroger bags inside her shoes to help keep her feet dry/warm. We don't have boots!!!
